On board a typical Turkish motor
sailing-boat we sail from the port in Palmeira
along the west coast of Sal, and spend a relaxed,
glorious day at sea. Our captain explains the
history and tells stories of the small island
world, and we find out interesting aspects of
the people and life on the Cape Verde Islands.
After a spicy "Spaghettata"
the pleasant temperature and winds invite you
to take a dip into the blue Atlantic. And afterwards,
dry off on the sundeck of our sailing-boat. Now’s
the time for complete relaxation. Siesta under
the African sun – far away from the hustle
and bustle of everyday life. |
